What we collect
Nothing. Phew. has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics and no trackers. The app contains no networking code, so your data has no way to leave your device.
Your photos
Photos you take in Phew. are stored encrypted in the app's private storage on your iPhone (the app never touches your photo library), excluded from backups, and automatically deleted when the next ritual starts — at the latest after your chosen retention period (12 hours to 7 days). They are never uploaded anywhere.
Location
If you enable geofencing, your home region is registered with iOS on the device. Apple's system tells the app “the user left” or “the user came home” — Phew. never sees, stores or transmits your coordinates.
Purchases
Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no personal information about you.
